The Albino Killings,whats the way forward?

If there is anything that really pisses me off and disgusts me, it is the ongoing killings of the albinos. For almost a year and a half or two there has been some terrifying killings of albinos in our country for unknown reasons (some are linked to superstition),it makes no sense at all.
Ok even if the killings are linked to superstition, theres no justifying that since these killings are targeting one group of people. These acts are acts where one person or a group of people chose whom to kill! , this is not right at all.

“WITH their milky white skin, wispy hair and haunting, pale eyes, they are called the living ghosts by locals.And the vulnerable albinos of Tanzania in East Africa have more than insults to fear.They are being hunted down and hacked to death to satisfy a growing demand for their body parts and blood to use in black magic.”-The Sun Newspaper
So far we have heard a lot of the killings, just a week ago, an albino kid was kidnapped in front of his fellow kids!, another albino was shot and killed add that to other cases like the one where a guy was given money to sell his albino wife to the terrorist!
Just imagine yourself being an albino and knowing that someone is looking to kill you, what would you feel? just imagine an albino student in a village who has to go some distance to get to school knowing that he/she might not make it home/school safely because on the way there someone might capture them and kill them ,think about that albino wife whose husband accepted some money to sell her to these bastards who kill them.
We have always been talking about terrorism that is happening around the world but this is terrorism happening right in our backyard and what has the government done? Nothing!, I am really disappointed by the efforts of the government in this whole thing, these are our fellow citizens being killed and all the government can do is nothing?
Just remember nobody choses to be born albino.
